Uly, can it be off-the-beaten-track - adjective?

The thing is that we treat “off the beaten track” as a place. So instead of using it as an adjective, we usually add it in a that-clause: “We prefer restaurants that are off the beaten path.” However, those who WOULD use it as an adjective, would definitely and most correctly hyphenate it. But then hyphenate all the words like you did.
