Also note that this is not the normal way to say this - they are trying to be cute. Normally we say “look around” or “browse around”

Кстати, на сайтах тоже осуществляют навигацию (“The site is easy to navigate”), так что Cruise around вполне вписывается в такой морской лексикон.
