В принципе, да. Часто not присоединяют к глаголу: We couldn't get him to go along for love or money.

Ули, мы говорим «не за что» (с ударением на «не») в ответ на «спасибо» (= you are welcome!).
В данном случае надо «НИ за что» (с ударением на «что») — (= in no case).
