"Ma sha Allah" means "what God wills" and it's something that you say after you compliment someone. Karwa doesn't really mean anything - it may be "halwa" which means sweet, pretty. If so, then it's a compliment: wa halwa, mashallah! And [she's] pretty, (by God)! وحلوة ما شاء الله
