Возможно тут имеется в виду переносный смысл глагола "падать" типа "моя жизнь и так невыносима, а тут такое..." = "Please don't drop me, I can't sink any lower."

Здесь игра слов. Бросать - to abandon and to fall at a time. If you drop smth, it falls.

"keep falling" means to fall and get up then fall again. (You don't need "anymore.") If that's what it means, then it's fine.
