"зная язык... не означает" грамматически неверно. можно попробовать "знание языка... ещё не гарантирует".
ну и "realize" - это "осознавать", а не "реализовывать"

заменю "realize" на "incarnate" , а "реализовываете" на " осуществляете". Хочу чтобы было написано,как можно более простыми словами.

Reading something doesnt mean you are truthly understanding. I totally agree, like listening to someone doesnt mean you are particularly undertanding what the other says and even worse, sometimes not even what the other person means. ;-)

When someone says, you can understand(learn?), whether I understand it. When you read the book, can you understand that you see written?

You can understand what someone says but that does not mean that you learn what the other person says. Understanding implies you know the words the speaker uses but that doesnt mean those words will stick in your head.

It is the same when you read the book. You can "read" what is written but that doesnt mean you understand the topic. E.G. Medicine: I can read what the X-rays analysis says but I do not understand anything. ;-)
