They all refer to happiness, but have individual nuances: WHALE OF A TIME is usually used by people on vacation; ON CLOUD NINE often describes a new romance; ON TOP OF THE WORLD refers to a time in your life when everything was working in your favor: your health, your job, your finances, your love life; TICKLED PINK is used when something good finally happened to you or someone who has had bad luck; (I've never heard BUZZING refer to happiness); OVER THE MOON is one I personally use a lot - it means you're very happy with a result or outcome, especially if you weren't expecting it.
