I’m wondering if сочувствую was meant sarcastically there.🤔
Время является духовной субстанцией (или относительной) — поэтому, сочувствую тем, у кого "НЕТ ВРЕМЕНИ".

Time is a spiritual (or relative) substance — so, I sympathize with/feel for those who have "no time."

Ну и заумь! На грани бессмыслицы.
Точно! Без бутылки не разберёшься:)
Нашим знакомцем попахивает:(
Мне и бутылка не поможет.
Tatiana, what would that change?
Uly, I was wondering if “sympathise” and “feel for” can be used with a sarcastical meaning.
I guess you are I have a different concept of sarcasm. The way I see it, anything can be said with sarcasm — especially in the spoken language. Maybe I’m not understanding the implication in this example.
>anything can be said with sarcasm — especially in the spoken language.
Exactly! That’s so true when it comes to Russian. But how could I know about English?:))
I just don’t see any sarcasm here. I think the speaker truly feels bad for those who are so enslaved by their lives and trappings, that they have no time, so to speak.
The problem is that sarcasm is normally expressed by intonation and gestures a lot of times. So it’s hard to detect in any language in the written word.
🤔Virendra, Вы не могли бы пояснить: в слово «сочувствую» в Вашем предложении сарказм вложен или нет?
>…sarcasm is normally expressed by intonation and gestures a lot of times. So it’s hard to detect in any language in the written word.
Absolutely!
>I just don’t see any sarcasm here. I think the speaker truly feels bad for those who are so enslaved by their lives and trappings, that they have no time, so to speak.
Aha! And the moment I saw that sentence I for one got the impression that the speaker believes there’s no such thing as нет времени, so they “feel bad” about anyone who may think they don’t have time because they sure are wrong.
SURE refers to you, never someone else because it means the same as “I have to say”.
