AL, там должна быть запятая перед it doesn’t.

Когда “if clause” стоит после основного предложения, тогда запятая не нужна, а если до - нужна.

На всякий случай справился с редактолрами TextRanch на счёт нужна ли здесь запятая, т.к. я не был уверен, что это полноценный Conditional "If" Clause. Вот ответ от Senior Proofreader'a:
