нехай вин лопне

This is the curse that Kovalenko utters in Chekhov's "Человек в футляре." I understand that the curse is in Ukrainian, where "нехай" means "Let" and "лопне" means "explode." What about the "вин"? Is that a version of Ukrainian "ви" (like Russian "вы")?
