You are welcome! I guess there is no equivalent in English. At least I can't think of any. Besides phrases with "же" and without it are almost the same ("же" adds just a slight shadow). For example: "Я тебе говорил!" and "Я же тебе говорил" both will be translated as "I told you you!"
