Grumbler... of THE September 11 terrorist attackS in New York. (we use plural ATTACKS and don't mention the year). This has become something of a fixed phrase:
Elena: it's "terrorIST attackS" carried out on September 11 in New York. Commemorate is good.
Uly "terror act" would be correct?
