Al, that is still a pitiful translation. It's not even worth posting - no part of it is idiomatic.

A best friend is not a "when," it's a "someone." A плитка is an oven. Cleaning the oven, at least in the United States, is considered one of the most menial and tedious things ever. So what this post means, sarcastically, is that a real friend would help you clean the oven.
