The original post is ungrammatical, unidiomatic and the word order is not English. Also, I would prefer "greatest blessing you could have RECEIVED" instead of "had." But that's minor compared to the rest of this sentence.

Прошедшее время здесь уже выражено мод.глаголом в прош.времени might, поэтому после идет инфинитив без частицы to

Если речь о прошлом, то лучше сказать "you might have had" потому что to have got -это устойчивая конструкция, значит "иметь"
