WAY OUT HERE просто значит ЗДЕСЬ, когда говорящий находиться, очень далеко от всего: [знаменитый актер] - I always come to this ranch when I get tired of Los Angeles - the paparazzi never bother me way out here. (= когда я нахожусь здесь, я так далеко от города L.A., что хоть папарацци слюда не лезут.) -или- "Last week you told me you want to be closer to your children.
