Alexander: Unlike in Russian, we rarely or never use phrases to describe nouns as in this example: "professionally-engaged-in-the-translation people." Instead, we turn the descriptive part into a RELATIVE CLAUSE (т.е. типа ", который, кто, что," и т.д.) and place it AFTER the noun: People WHO ARE PROFESSIONALLY ENGAGED IN TRANSLATION WORK. Hope this helps :)
Люди, которые профессионально занимаются переводом, контекст не игнорируют, так как понимают важность оного.

Thanks, Uly.
Your remarks are always helpful for me.
Alexander, there should be no article before "translation". Actually, the word should be in plural. It's not one specific translation we're talking about, it's TRANSLATION WORK in general or TRANSLATIONS.
Thanks, Olga. I chose another variant. What could you say on using here "proffessional translating"? I guess it's the best way to talk about TRANSLATION WORK - it stresses that it's a process. Am I right?
Alexander, "professional translating" is theoretically correct because it's a noun phrase, but idiomatically it's out of place because nobody would ever use it in this context. It would be better to use "professional translation work" for "professional translation.""
Also PLACE great value ON...
...understanding that it DETERMINES
... the adequacy of the RESULTING translation(ṣ)
If you fix those things, it will be a decent translation.
Thank you so much, Uly! I couldn't have explained it better myself!
My pleasure
Uly, Olga, MANY THANKs!
You're welcome, Alexander, but it still needs work: People who are engaged in professional translation work PLACE great value on _ context, understanding that it determines THE adequacy of the resulting translations.
