Galia: Your statement would be used if you were asking for an alternative way to place an order because, for example, you live in an area that the site doesn't ship to, or you have a credit card they don't accept, so it's not "convenient" to you - it's not an option for you.. If this is what is meant by the Russian version, then you are correct. Grumbler's translation would be more of a general statement made by someone, for example, who doesn't trust the internet with their financial information. You will both have to tell me what's what based on the meaning of the original Russian statement.
Я поняла это предложение именно в смысле inconvenient. Мы говорим "мне неудобно", когда мы или стесняемся что-то сделать (мне неудобно его просить, он слишком занят), или что-то нам мешает: Мне неудобно ходить на работу пешком -- приходится пять раз пересекать дорогу. Хотя "неудобно" может быть и в значении "некомфортно": мне неудобно в этих джинсах, они слишком тесные.
Так что "неудобно" в этом предложении можно понять и как inconvenient, и как uncomfortable.
Ok, if you use INCONVENIENT, that means that there are extenuating factors like the ones I mentioned, and you CAN'T do it: they don't ship to your area, they don't accept your credit card, etc. However, NOT COMFORTABLE would imply that you CAN do it, but you just do like to for whatever reason... you don't like them having your financial information, you're not good on computers and are afraid to hit the wrong button, their website is too complicated, you have a bad feeling about the company, you've read bad reviews, etc.
Да, спасибо за уточнения!
