"I speak English a little" is correct :)
I found the following answer from a native speaker on the internet: ""I speak a little English" is more common. It means I don't know a lot of English. "I speak English a little" sounds to me that it means "I don't use my English (for speaking) much." "I do something a little" doesn't say how well you are able to do something, it just says that you do a little of it, not a lot of it."
