Nastya, POURING is actually a participle - a verbal adjectival. Furthermore, "pouring WITH rain" is not idiomatic, we say "it's pouring rain."
Uly, this discussion actually shows subtle difference between US and British version of English. In England we do say "it is pouring WITH rain".
