fearful = устрашающий
you are fearful = ты устрашающий (а не испуганный)

Но вот еще раз смотрю:Oxford Dictionary пишет fearful-feeling or showing fear or anxiety.Если что-то не так, напишите, пожалуйста. Не претендую на правоту. Просто хотела бы знать.Спасибо.

Well, I stand corrected, but still believe that the *main* meaning is "causing fear" - like many other dictionaries say.
