-Ruslan: "ON a party" isn't idiomatic. We say AT a party.

This piece tells you that you shoudn't be nervous/anxious if you want to make friends in school, at a party or at the park.

I don't think "piece" is the best choice here. By default, it makes me think of a piece of music.
