This is a play on words. We have an expression "You the man!" which is something like your Ну, ты (большой) молодец! This is most commonly used for someone who comes up with a solution where there was none.
— What's with you?
— I want to go to my brother's graduation in Miami, but my car broke down.
— Is that all? Dude, take my car.
— I'm going to be gone all weekend. What are you going to drive?
— I have three cars in my garage!
— You the man!!! I owe you one!
In this song, Taylor Swift is playing on this phrase. If she were a man, everything she touched would turn to gold. She could do no wrong. Etc. etc.
