Не знаю, интуитивно. Насчет charge я не уверен, а все остальное здесь все вроде понятно.
В такого типа ведомостях charge code - это обычно вид/статья/разновидность работ для бухгалтерского учета - т.е. с какой статьи расходов эти деньги надо взять для оплаты работы.
