В русском есть слово "звук", а не какой-то "саунд"

Согласен , просто , с музыкой я предпочитаю ассоциировать слово саунд , а не просто звук. Думал , что оно уже входит в состав русских словарей, как иностр., заимств., как слова : стерео или трек. Оказалось, что нет.
