How to translate? (en-ru)

what is the difference between worked and have worked?

I always get confused with worked/have worked/had worked/have been working

If I want to say `I have worked in Japan for 6 years`,but I dont work there anymore,is it correct way to say it?

If you no longer work there, it’s a completed past action and you say “I worked in Japan for six months.“

You should use the Past Perfect when you had done or experienced something by the moment when something else happened in the past:
"When my brother finally came over to Japan, I HAD worked there for 6 years." - when he came, you still were working.
Uly, is this correct?
