In my translation to this post, RELOCATE can mean once or several times depending on the what the speaker means.

Normally, in English, if you’re not willing to do something one time, it goes without saying that you’re not willing to do it several times. But if you want to be clear, you can say “keep relocating”, but again, this would sound redundant AND it sounds like they’ve already relocated at least once and don’t want to continue, which I don’t think is the case.
