You may think ALWAYS is incorrect here because it means всегда, but the fact is that the pattern “to always be -ing” has two intepretations: (1) something that is annoying: "My brother’s always telling me what to do. He thinks he’s my father!”; or (2) something repetitive, something that happens all the time, very often (as in this post), but not literally always: “My friends are always asking me to take their Instagram pictures — maybe I have a future in photography."
