Всё это/сказанное/упомянутое/перечисленное, при всей правдивости/достоверности, было бы не столь важно, если бы не тот¿ факт/обстоятельство, который(ое) не вызывает сомнений у людей с опытом.

Uly, does "no one of experience" refer to "man of experience"? If so, it should be никто из экспертов.
I don’t think they’re referring to an expert per se, just someone who knows something about the subject at hand from experience.
