FRANKLY is normally used when the speaker senses there might be opposition to his opinion or when his opinion has already been challenged. It sounds confrontational. On the other hand, (and If I'm not mistaken), не скрою serves to preface the speaker's enthusiasm and has nothing to do with anyone's perception of it. In that light, I don't like FRANKLY or REALLY - they're not expressive enough and I don't think they do не скрою justice.
