We normally say "a tin of [something]" with no need to refer to "packaging" or "metal"

"a tin of [something]"
"тара" - это индустриальный термин
"The Box are global manufacturers and suppliers of tin boxes and tin packaging for a diverse range of tin products"
"Tinware Direct are a UK based tin manufacturer and supplier of wholesale metal packaging, offering a wide range of ready-made and bespoke tin boxes."
"Tinworks offers high quality metal tin packaging in tinplate and ..."
Просто tin(s) в таком контексте звучит несолидно, разве только в перечислении, в одном ряду с другими видами продукции.
I see! Ok then, at least “tin packaging” without “metal” - it’s redundant.
Thanks a lot to both of you! 😊
anytime))
It’s just “tin packaging” - it’s redundant to add “metal.” In the example above, [high-quality metal] and [tin packaging] are two separate concepts.
