перевести можно, только для англичан, наверное, смешно звучит, особенно если переводить и при этом англ. яз не знать, как некоторые, я то бишь.
The white night fell silently on the rocks.
The white night is shining all night long.
And not to understand if the sky fell into the lake.
And not to understand if the lake in the sky is floating.
The white night has quietly descended on rocks, it shines all night long, and you do not understand/and not to understand, whether the sky fell into the lake, or the lake in the sky floats.
I think that sounds good...

спасибо! про 'напролет' извиняюсь...поздно было с таким квестом уже русский язык забыла) у меня были сомнения применимо ли 'and not to understand' но спасибо, что я не одна так думаю! понимаю что возможно для носителей звучит топорно (как мне сказали), но задача была передать смысл, спасибо!
