No, I'm in Boston, working for the AP. I kind of stepped back from Russian for a while there, but lately with things the way they are, I've had more and more Russian stuff cross my desk, so, here I am! lol What are you up to these days? Still in Palm Beach?

Thank you, Tatiana! Is the force of все-таки here something like "After all the back-and-forth, is he leaving or isn't he?!" I've always had trouble with this word. The dictionary say it means "anyway," but I can't seem to apply that meaning here.
