выучил английский - громко сказано
Уже давно, как знаю английский достаточно хорошо, чтобы не нуждаться в словарях и советах
Мне давно уже не нужен переводчик.
Я уже давно выучил английский и не нуждаюсь в словарях и советах
Author’s comment
Интересует как правильно в фразы
I don't need a translator / I've learned English - встроить выражение "давно уже"
Так, чтоб это звучало естественно.
Да, ну и некоторая доля агрессии в этом тоже есть. Как ее лучше передать?
Спасибо!

For your information, I can't remember the last time I needed an interpreter. I learned my English years ago so you can keep your dictionaries and your advice!

I’ll have you know that I haven’t needed an interpreter in ages. I learned English a long time ago and don’t need dictionaries and much less (your) advice!

Elena, completely wrong!
It’s been a long time since = means that you haven’t done it in a long time: “It’s been a long time since I’ve seen my mother, so I’m going to Moscow for two weeks to spend time with her.”
By analogy “It’s been a long time since I’ve learned English” is totally nonsensical. It means that you haven’t “learned” English in a long time 😳🔫
Furthermore “it’s been a long time since” requires a phrase in the present perfect - you can’t use GET.
Спасибо большое)
Pink, "давно уже" = haven't ___ for a long time (now)
You're very welcome)))
For your information, I can't remember the last time I needed an interpreter. I learned my English years ago so you can keep your dictionaries and your advice! lol
Hahaha. Kyle, you should add that as a translation! 😂

Maybe without the LOL 😉
