только I've already GOTTEN USED to

GOT USED TO is a past form: "When I was working as a waiter, I got used to going out after work, coming home at 3 and sleeping until noon. Now I have a hard time waking up for my 9 to 5 job."

In the present, one would say I'VE GOTTEN used to: "When I first arrived in Moscow, I would step outside and shiver all the way to the metro. Now that I've gotten used to the cold, I can get by with just a sweater."

In English, we would usually not use ALREADY with this phrase unless we mean "it's too late": [father] When I gave my little girl the dog, she was afraid of it. I was actually going to take it back, but (it's too late -) she's already gotten used it.

So if ALREADY was going to be used with a past scenario, it would have to be I HAD already GOTTEN used to: “I didn’t know my new roommate had a cat until he had already moved in. I was actually going to ask him to move out after the first month since he had paid it. But by the third week, I had already gotten used to the cat and even liked it.”

Consequently, “I already got used to” doesn’t really make sense.
