ТАМ же. Или вам на каждое число надо специално?
3.45 three point four five (NOT three point forty-five)
1.10 one point one zero (NOT one point ten)

Sorry to disagree, but most of the people I know (if not all) and I would say one point ten, and three point four five OR forty-five.

I would possibly say the same, but I don't know the rules.
Also, if it's not money, 1.10 is used only in very special cases. Normally it would be 1.1 instead.

I don’t think there are any concrete rules, I think it’s the law of convenience It’s easier to say one point ten than one point one zero, although in principle it should be one point one, as you suggested.
