TEXT isn't used in English like it is in Russian. If there's something written, we just call it THIS/THAT. Also, Halloween is a purely American holiday - the English don't even understand it.

These are two things I had in mind as I was answering. But what if that was something about Halloween from a TEXTBOOK? How would we call it then?

Russian textbooks of English avoid anything non-British. The only city in the world is London. That’s why Halloween is a British holiday.
