not any that would come to mind. I can't type out something from my visual memories though where I've seen people reacting to something in an expressive manner

so it's about the ways we read certain things. Once I read this, I visualized a man gesturing and saying out loud "hell yeah". Others might imagine a man saying with minimum burst of emotion putting out his hand to grab the glass of something

Hm, all of those are fine, obviously and yes, could be easily used in those situations. But again, it won't be equal to "блин жесть", just because "блин жесть" has an absolutely opposite connotation to what you've just written above.
