Thanks, Uly
Моя старшая сестра родилась в северной Осетии, но прожив там несколько лет они решили вернуться в Хабаровск. Именно тут я и родилась и живу уже 18 лет,но очень надеюсь,что закончив обучение я перееду в другой город.

My older sister was born in North-Ossetia, but after living there for several years, they decided to move back to Khabarovsk. That’s where I was born and have lived for eighteen years, but I really hope to move to another city after I graduate.

My older sister was born in North-Ossetia, but having lived there for several years they decided to go back to Khabarovsk. This is exactly where I was born and have been living for eighteen years, but I really hope that when I graduate, I will move to another city.

You're very welcome, Sergey! If you don't mind, I'd like to comment on three points you may find helpful with your English: (1) HAVING LIVED THERE sounds like that's the reason they moved. I think in this context, it wasn't the reason, it is just what they did. In this case, AFTER sounds more neutral. (2) EXACTLY WHERE I WAS BORN is highly unnatural, too specific for English in this context. You could say THAT HAPPENS TO BE WHERE I WAS BORN. (3) With the verb HOPE we you use the future with WILL for things that are out of our control: I hope the judge will decide in my favor. For things that are within your control, you use TO: I hope TO move to another city.
